Government professional services contracting
AXA South delivers staffing, advisory, and program-support services to agencies that need qualified people on a task order without standing up a permanent headcount.
No special license required. AXA South bids and holds prime government contracts as an authorized contracting party. No special license is required to bid or hold the prime relationship in the categories we pursue. Any work that requires a state-issued trade, professional, or specialty license is performed by subcontractors who hold those licenses in the project jurisdiction.
AXA South is a contracting and program-management firm, not a licensed trade.
The work, in plain terms.
- 01
Staff augmentation on labor-category task orders
We respond to LCAT-priced task orders with vetted candidates: program analysts, schedulers, technical writers, contract specialists, training coordinators, and administrative support. Resumes mapped line-by-line to the required experience.
- 02
Program and project management support
PMs and project controls staff embedded with agency program offices. Earned-value reporting, risk registers, schedule maintenance, and stakeholder reporting on the agency's preferred tooling.
- 03
Training, documentation, and change support
Curriculum development, SOP authoring, and end-user training rollouts when an agency stands up new processes or systems. Designed for non-technical end users, not just the implementation team.
- 04
Subject-matter advisory through teaming
When a requirement needs a specific cleared SME we do not have in-house, we team with partners who do. The teaming is disclosed up front and the agency knows exactly who will execute.
Federal, state, and local buyers.
Civilian and defense program offices needing labor-hour or T&M support. Standard NAICS codes include 541611, 541330, 541618, and 611430.
State agency program offices across Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, and Florida, including health, transportation, and workforce-development departments.
Municipal grant-funded programs and county service delivery, where contract terms tend to be shorter and onboarding faster.
What buyers actually ask.
Do your placed staff become agency employees?
+
No. Placed staff remain employees of AXA South or our teaming partner for the duration of the task order. The agency does not take on employer-of-record obligations.
Can you support cleared positions?
+
Yes, through teaming. For roles requiring active clearances above public trust, we team with partners holding the appropriate FCL and route the candidate through their cleared workflow.
How quickly can you fill a role?
+
For named candidates against a known LCAT, typically inside two weeks. For broader searches, three to six weeks depending on clearance and specialization requirements.
Do you handle billing on T&M task orders?
+
Yes. We invoice monthly with timesheets, supporting documentation, and CLIN-level breakdowns matched to the task order's pricing structure.
