How AXA South operates

No special license required. AXA South bids and holds prime government contracts as an authorized contracting party. No special license is required to bid or hold the prime relationship in the categories we pursue. Any work that requires a state-issued trade, professional, or specialty license is performed by subcontractors who hold those licenses in the project jurisdiction.

AXA South is a contracting and program-management firm, not a licensed trade.

What we do

The work, in plain terms.

  1. 01

    OCONUS procurement and shipment

We quote against agency requirements with delivery to overseas DoDAACs, embassies, and program-office sites. Export classification, hazmat handling, and freight forwarding are part of the package, not an afterthought.

  2. 02

    In-country teaming

Where boots-on-ground presence is required, we team with partners holding the in-country footprint, registrations, and labor agreements the work requires. The agency sees one contract; the partner runs the local execution.

  3. 03

    FMS and program-office support

Foreign Military Sales line items and the program-office documentation that supports them. Quote build, line-item pricing, and shipment tracking against case-line numbers.

  4. 04

    Compliance and export control

ITAR and EAR review on every line, end-user documentation as required, and shipment marking and licensing handled before goods leave the U.S.

Who we work with

Federal

DoD combatant commands, State Department posts, USAID missions, and other agencies operating outside the continental United States.

Partners

U.S. and foreign teaming partners with the in-country licenses, freight networks, and program-office relationships overseas contracts require.

Allied programs

FMS-funded buys supporting allied governments, executed through the U.S. case-management process.

FAQ

What buyers actually ask.

Can you ship to a specific DoDAAC overseas?

+

Yes, provided the requirement is releasable. We handle export classification, the appropriate license or exemption, and freight to the DoDAAC or break-bulk point.

Do you handle ITAR-controlled items?

+

Yes, under the appropriate export authorization. ITAR items move under DSP-5 or other applicable licensing, and we do not pre-position controlled items without the license in hand.

Are you registered in SAM with the foreign-entity codes required for FMS work?

+

We are SAM-registered, and FMS support is delivered through case-line documentation requirements provided by the relevant program office.

Can you support recurring overseas requirements, not just one-off shipments?

+

Yes, through teaming with in-country partners and recurring task orders structured for predictable cadence.
