Government logistics and operations contracting

AXA South moves, stores, and stages material for government buyers. Whether it is a one-time delivery to a federal depot or recurring fulfillment for a state program, we run the operation and you see one accountable party.

How AXA South operates

No special license required. AXA South bids and holds prime government contracts as an authorized contracting party. No special license is required to bid or hold the prime relationship in the categories we pursue. Any work that requires a state-issued trade, professional, or specialty license is performed by subcontractors who hold those licenses in the project jurisdiction.

AXA South is a contracting and program-management firm, not a licensed trade.

What we do

The work, in plain terms.

  1. 01

    Warehousing and inventory management

Short-term staging and longer-term inventory management through partner warehouses in the Gulf South. Barcoded receipt, cycle counts, and reporting cadences agreed at kickoff.

  2. 02

    Distribution and last-mile delivery

LTL, FTL, and parcel through vetted carriers. Inside delivery and white-glove for sensitive equipment, with proof-of-delivery imaging on every drop.

  3. 03

    Operations support contracts

Recurring fulfillment, kitting, mailroom, and material-handling operations on labor-hour or fixed-price task orders. Staffed by qualified personnel and managed against agency SLAs.

  4. 04

    Surge and disaster response

Standby capacity for hurricane response and other emergency procurements across Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida. Same-week activation when an EM channel calls.

Who we work with

Federal, state, and local buyers.

Federal

FEMA Region IV and Region VI, DLA depots, USACE districts, and other agencies with surge or recurring logistics needs.

State

State emergency management, departments of health, and central supply offices across the Gulf South.

Local

County emergency management, school district central warehouses, and municipal facilities programs.

FAQ

What buyers actually ask.

Do you own your warehouses and trucks?

+

We do not. We operate through vetted warehouse and carrier partners so capacity scales up or down with the contract instead of carrying fixed overhead onto your price.

Can you stand up a contract on short notice for disaster response?

+

Yes. We hold relationships with emergency-procurement channels in the Gulf South and have moved on same-week activations during hurricane season. We will quote with realistic timelines and not promise capacity we do not have.

How do you handle controlled or sensitive materials?

+

Chain-of-custody documentation, restricted-access staging, and personnel vetting matched to the requirement. Hazmat is moved by carriers with the appropriate endorsements only.

Can you support OCONUS shipments?

+

Yes. Export documentation, packaging to MIL-STD where required, and partnership with forwarders that move freight to overseas DoDAACs and embassy destinations.
