When we are the prime
On contracts we hold, we look for subcontractors with the specific licensure, certifications, or geographic presence the work needs. That includes licensed trades on construction work, cleared staff on professional-services task orders, manufacturer-authorized integration partners on IT, and in-country partners on OCONUS contracts.
- We sign a teaming agreement up front that defines scope, pricing, and how disputes get handled.
- We pay our subs on commercial terms, not 90-day floats.
- We disclose teaming to the agency where the solicitation requires it, and we do not surprise subs with scope changes after award.
When we are a sub or teaming partner
On opportunities where the prime needs a Gulf South-based partner for procurement, logistics, or a licensed-trade-coordination role, we are happy to be that partner. We bring our SAM registration, NAICS coverage, and regional relationships, and we execute the slot the prime needs covered.
What we look for in a teaming partner
Real capability in the role we are asking them to fill. Clean past performance. SAM registration current. A response time we can rely on. The technical and ethical floor is the same whether they are a $1M shop or a top-100 prime.
Common questions
Do you sign mutual NDAs before sharing solicitation details?
+
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before we exchange any sensitive solicitation information or pricing.
How do you split work-share on teaming agreements?
+
Work-share is defined in the teaming agreement before submission and tracks the actual scope each firm executes. We do not promise work-share we cannot fulfill.
What if my firm is small and new to govcon?
+
If the capability is real, we are interested. Many of our best subs are small, regional, and execute one thing exceptionally well. SAM registration and a clean reference list go a long way.
