How AXA South operates

No special license required. AXA South bids and holds prime government contracts as an authorized contracting party. No special license is required to bid or hold the prime relationship in the categories we pursue. Any work that requires a state-issued trade, professional, or specialty license is performed by subcontractors who hold those licenses in the project jurisdiction.

AXA South is a contracting and program-management firm, not a licensed trade.

What we do

The work, in plain terms.

  1. 01

    Hardware procurement through authorized channels

Servers, storage, networking, end-user devices, and peripherals sourced through manufacturer-authorized distributors. Warranty registration and asset tagging handled before delivery.

  2. 02

    Software, SaaS, and licensing

Volume licensing, government-priced SKUs, and renewals. We work through the publisher channel programs that government buyers actually need quoted against (GSA, SEWP, NASPO).

  3. 03

    Integration and field services

Rack-and-stack, network refresh, structured cabling, AV install, and edge-site deployments. Performed by integration partners with the on-site presence and certifications the work requires.

  4. 04

    Sustainment and helpdesk staffing

Tier-1 and tier-2 support staff on labor-hour task orders, plus warranty and depot-style sustainment for fielded equipment.

Who we work with

Federal, state, and local buyers.

Federal

Civilian agencies, DoD program offices, and the VA buying through SEWP, ITES, CHESS, GSA IT Schedule, and direct RFQs. Common NAICS: 541512, 334111, 423430, 541519.

State

State CIO offices and agency IT shops across Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, and the broader Southeast, often through NASPO ValuePoint riders.

Local

City and county IT departments, public schools, and community colleges, where E-Rate eligibility and state cooperative purchasing often shape the path.

FAQ

What buyers actually ask.

Are you an authorized reseller for major manufacturers?

+

We source through manufacturer-authorized distributors so the chain of custody, warranty registration, and TAA documentation stay clean. For deal-registration scenarios, we register the opportunity with the publisher under the appropriate government program.

Can you quote off SEWP, GSA, or NASPO?

+

Yes, through teaming with contract holders where direct holding is needed, and directly where we hold the vehicle. We will tell you up front which path we are proposing for your buy.

Do you handle classified or controlled environments?

+

Cleared work is delivered through teaming partners holding the appropriate FCL. Controlled unclassified information (CUI) handling follows the CMMC level required by the contract.

Can you support OCONUS deployments?

+

Yes. We handle export classification, freight to overseas DoDAACs, and field-team mobilization through partners with the in-country presence the project requires.
