Common questions.
Can you handle hospital-grade HVAC and isolation rooms?
+
Yes. We work to ASHRAE 170 and the agency's infection-control plan, with pressure verification and reporting on completion.
Who is responsible if a code issue is discovered?
+
The licensed trade subcontractor flags the finding and proposes the remediation. We coordinate scope, pricing, and approval through the agency before work proceeds.
Can you support 24/7 mission-critical sites?
+
Yes, through partners with on-call rotations and credentialed staff cleared to enter mission-critical and SCIF-adjacent space when required.
Facilities Maintenance
Building operations and maintenance for owned and leased government space. We hold the O&M contract and coordinate the licensed trades that touch HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and controls.
Construction & Renovation
Renovation, repair, and small construction for government-occupied space. AXA South carries the prime relationship; the trades on site are licensed in the state where the project sits.
